The Club's Constitution states :"ARTICLE 5. CLUB EXECUTIVE POSITIONS/OFFICERS

The Executive positions of the Club shall be as follows:

5.1.1 President

5.1.2 Vice-President

5.1.3 Secretary

5.1.4 Treasurer

5.1.5 Immediate Past President

5.1.6 The person filling an Executive position shall be deemed an Officer of the Club.
